Vicki Anderson helps people develop leadership skills that matter for peak performance. She conducts training workshops and consults with clients one-on-one to build confidence and competence in their ability to lead and manage well. She bases her practical consulting style on her business experience. She developed and directed The NORDAM Group’s corporate university resulting in lower turnover and higher morale through individual career development.
Vicki also has HR experience with a multi-division manufacturing company in capacities from HR Manager in a start-up manufacturing plant to advising other HR managers from the corporate office. Her clients have included large companies like Federal Express, Sprint, and American Airlines, but she currently specializes in small to medium-sized companies. She has co-authored four books.
Vicki has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelors Degree in Speech/Theater from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
